    Our client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking production operators for 1st and 2nd shift to join their team. As a production team member, you will be part of the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience working in a manufacturing setting, strong attention to detail, and able to work full time.

     

    Job Title: Production Operators

     

    Pay Range: $15.49 to $20.00

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Operate production equipment such as molding machines, forming equipment, and assembly tools

    + Monitor machinery for proper operation and report any malfunctions or issues

    + Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety standards

    + Perform hand assembly, labeling, or packaging as required by work instructions

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

    + Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines

    + Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or shift work as needed

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment
