    Job Title: Business Analyst 4

     

    Duration: 1 month (Will continue to extend as budget is approved, can only go quarter by quarter for now)

     

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (standard core hours)

     

    Pay rate range: $** **45 to $50/hr

    Summary of Role Function

    The Business Analyst will act as a business operations specialist, maintaining vendor relationships and supporting non-IT projects. This role bridges the gap between administrative and managerial levels and may involve overseeing project management processes such as budgets, goals, and metrics.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Review/approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements

    + Approve project budgets, expenditures, and documentation

    + Monitor budget controls and identify potential overruns

    + Consult with corporate and project stakeholders

    + Prepare and review sub-consultant agreements and invoices

    Required Skills

    + Strong verbal and written communication

    + Ability to work independently and manage time

    + Solid understanding of business principles and strategic planning

    + Proficient in budgeting and forecasting

    + Strong analytical and mathematical abilities

    + Experience with Microsoft Office; enterprise applications a plus

    Candidate Requirements

    + **Experience:** 8–10 years of experience

    + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

    + Experience migrating apps to Power Platform
