Our client, a leader in creating innovative, high-quality machinery for various industries, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the service department supporting customer installations and technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity.

**Job Title:** Field Service Technician (Direct Hire)

**Location:** Hanover, PA

**Pay Range:** $30-$34/hr depending on experience level

**Shift:** 1st Shift

What's the Job?

+ Assemble machines and sub-assemblies according to specifications, including plumbing hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Perform in-house demonstrations and customer-site installations.

+ Tune and adjust machines to ensure optimal operation.

+ Troubleshoot and repair machines both remotely and onsite.

+ Communicate with customers regarding maintenance and operation issues.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in machine assembly, machining, or service support roles preferred.

+ Proficient with computers and MS Office.

+ Experience with strong PLCs, mechanical schematics, and assembly blueprints.
