About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the Enterprise PCI Program Governance and Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) Payments Third-Party and Network Rules Office. This role will be responsible for managing network rules compliance with CSBB Payments horizontal product coverage including Visa, Mastercard, the National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA), Payment Card Industry (PCI), and Early Warning Service (EWS) network rules for Debit Cards, Zelle, and other CSBB Payments products.
Network Rules oversight role coverage includes but not limited to: Tracking Major Requirements, governance, proactively monitor rule changes, metrics/reporting, retention standards, waiver & disclosure management, monitor related Issues/Corrective Actions, risk and controls, and partnering with various product teams to ensure rule interpretation and implementation.

In this role, you will:
+ Be accountable for owning and managing the CSBB Payments Network Operating Rules oversight program
+ Responsible for reviewing and logging Network Rules changes across multiple Payment Networks.
+ Partner with business groups to continuously review third party inventory, ensuring all appropriate network rules are accounted as well as ensure timely review and identification of rules adherence gaps.
+ Monitoring gap remediation plans and status to ensure timely closure
+ Develop reporting and present program materials to Senior Leadership
+ Determine and implement strategy evolving the program
+ Review to ensure optimal tools being utilized in administration of the program
+ Facilitate network mandated rules adherence attestation process, as needed
+ Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
+ Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
+ Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
+ Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
+ Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
+ Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
+ Influence and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Financial services experience with knowledge and understanding of money movement products and payments network rules.
+ Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
+ Strong risk management, controls, and compliance skills
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
+ Experience partnering and collaborating with cross functional teams.

+ Ability to travel up to 5 % of time

Pay Range:
+ Minneapolis, Minnesota: $119,000-$206,000 annual base salary
+ San Francisco, California: $131,000-$224,000 annual base salary
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
