Job Type: Full-Time
Earn Up to $32.00/Hour – Hourly Pay + Monthly Profit Share
+ We offer a competitive-based hourly rate combined with a monthly profit-sharing bonus (when qualified) , providing our Part Associates with the opportunity to earn up to $32.00/hour based on experience and company performance.
Shift opportunities: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm OR Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
+ Window Activities
+ Provide an interface for requests about parts kept in inventory.
+ Provide status of requests for Special-Order Parts.
+ Working knowledge of performing warranty and core returns.
+ Contact vendors for delivery status updates.
+ Greet delivery drivers and sign receipts for vendor packages.
+ Enter, receive, and close purchase orders.
+ Update or credit parts on unit repair orders.
+ Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
+ Inventory Controls
+ Locate and gather parts for mechanics or window customers.
+ Perform inventory cycle counts.
+ Create invoices for external customer part transactions.
+ Add new parts to the current system and appropriate inventories.
+ Transfer parts between corporate inventory locations.
+ Work with vendors for warranty and core returns.
+ Place parts in proper stockroom locations.
+ Complete and maintain forklift certification.
+ Drive to the vendor’s location to pick up parts, as required.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work area
+ Regular Attendance & Punctuality.
+ Proper use of PPE.
Preferred
+ Experience with TMT.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office.
+ Experience in inventory settings.
+ Problem solving skills.
+ Experience with heavy duty/diesel parts (1 year).
+ Experience as a parts department team member or a service technician.
Qualifications
Requirements :
+ Ability to follow directions with attention to detail.
+ Valid Driver’s License.
+ Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to company drug free workplace policies
Physical requirements:
+ Must be able to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
+ Must be able to read, write, talk and hear.
+ Must be able to sit for long periods of time; walking short distances is required.
