Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Roanoke, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in managing collections and resolving invoice discrepancies. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate account reconciliations and payment processing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business-to-business collections for overdue accounts, including 30, 60, and 90+ days past due.

• Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently.

• Generate and review invoices to address and resolve issues with delinquent accounts.

• Perform a variety of accounts receivable functions, excluding billing activities.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded and discrepancies are addressed.

• Investigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics, in-house software, and Excel tools such as pivot tables and V-lookups to manage workflows effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial collections and accounts receivable processes.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.

• Proficiency in invoice processing and payment posting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, including pivot tables and V-lookups.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
