QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities but not limited to :
• Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
• Create, update and remove job postings from different service requisitions on the different platforms available for these purposes.
• Working closely with the Recruiter to maintain the candidate database , reports and internal systems up to date.
• Preparing and posting job advertisements online (social media, LinkedIn, Indeed and others).
• Assisting Recruiters in s creening candidates by performing reference checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
• Assisting Recruiters in f ollowing up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
• Resolving issues such as interview cancellations or reschedules swiftly.
• Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor’s (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
• Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
• Solid desktop skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English) .
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience using social media for professional or job promotion purposes
• Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
