Description Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Our client is seeking a skilled detail oriented to help maintain their financial transactions and records on a contract, part-time basis working 2-3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to their financial operations in a meaningful way. Responsibilities: Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare financial statements and reports as requested. Process and track expense reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Address and resolve financial discrepancies. Other bookkeeping or administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role. Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information. Strong verbal and written communication skills. [Preferred] Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
