Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a top-tier national law firm specializing in defending high-profile manufacturers across the automotive, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product industries. With a reputation built on over 1,000 trials nationwide, our firm offers a dynamic and challenging environment for legal professionals to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and agreements.

+ Collaborate with attorneys to maintain forward momentum on litigation, proactively communicating updates and addressing case needs.

+ Manage discovery processes, including assisting with requests, subpoenas, and deposition preparation.

+ Conduct document review and analysis using technology platforms.

+ Organize and maintain case files using a document management system.

+ Assist with trial preparation, including compiling materials, coordinating witness logistics, and managing exhibits.

+ Review and analyze complex medical records to prepare chronologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.

+ Able to adapt to shifting priorities and exercise sound judgment.

+ Comfortable with legal technology and eager to learn new tools.

+ Open to traveling nationwide for trial attendance.

+ Familiarity with client billing guidelines and accurate timekeeping.

Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

+ Minimum of 4 years of litigation defense experience required.
