Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing and streamlining NetSuite solutions across various financial and operational processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement transformative changes, and provide impactful solutions for a leading investment management firm.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts to identify challenges, gather requirements, and implement solutions through finance transformation initiatives.

• Enhance and optimize the functionality of NetSuite and its integrations with third-party platforms such as Concur, Kyriba, and Contract Logix.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy NetSuite process improvements for Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report workflows.

• Create detailed documentation for system changes, including configurations, integration mappings, and operational procedures.

• Train end-users on new processes and functionalities while providing timely resolution to user inquiries.

• Support the design and execution of NetSuite enhancements tailored to global capabilities, including OneWorld and Multi-Book Accounting.

• Contribute to agile project management by working with tools like Atlassian Jira to track progress and prioritize tasks.

• Ensure seamless integration of NetSuite modules, focusing on Advanced Procurement, Expense Management, and Financials. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience implementing NetSuite transformation projects as a business analyst or techno-functional consultant.

• Expertise in NetSuite modules such as Advanced Procurement, Expense Management, Bill Capture, Advanced Financials, and Electronic Bank Payments.

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite global functionalities, including OneWorld, Multi-Book Accounting, and managing international subsidiaries.

• Practical experience in integrating NetSuite with platforms like Concur, Kyriba, and Contract Logix is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive creative solutions in a team environment.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting, creating business requirement documents, configuration management, API development, and Salesforce development. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
