Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Hudson, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a strong background in invoice processing and high-volume data entry. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a dedication to maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices with precision and attention to detail.

• Perform high-volume data entry tasks to ensure accurate financial documentation.

• Code and verify invoices in compliance with company standards.

• Maintain and update accounts payable records in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data.

• Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Provide administrative support in accounts payable operations as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data organization.

• Strong skills in invoice coding and processing.

• Ability to perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.

• Familiarity with accounts payable systems and procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills to address inquiries and discrepancies.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
