We are looking for a dynamic Head of Strategy and Marketing in Altanta. This person will lead our strategic marketing initiatives, including product management, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role is critical to shaping the long-term growth trajectory of the company and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate will combine deep market insight, critical thinking, and hands-on execution to identify growth opportunities, define market positioning, and drive competitive advantage. You’ll make a difference by: Strategic Marketing Leadership Define and lead the company’s strategic marketing roadmap aligned with company goals. Translate business goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies. Product Management Lead all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to sunset, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Partner with R&D and Product Development to shape the product vision and prioritize the product roadmap. Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including pricing, messaging, and positioning. Market Intelligence & Analysis Build and lead a robust market intelligence function to monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior. Conduct SWOT analysis and identify growth opportunities across markets and segments. Translate insights into strategic recommendations and market entry plans. Represent Siemens in Government Affairs and Regulatory matters Partnership & Ecosystem Development Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with goals of the company and expand market reach. Negotiate and run key partner relationships and joint go-to-market initiatives. Evaluate M&A and alliance opportunities in partnership with corporate development. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead cross-functional GTM planning and execution for new products and markets. Align marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and successful launches. Drive brand and positioning strategies to enhance market impact. Manage Marketing Communications Department Lead internal and external communication and brand strategy Align communications strategy with strategic goals of the business Manage Marcomm budget for maximum value Business Excellence Develop CRM Tools and Ways of Working to ensure high quality customer management and insights. Optimize Sales Efficiency Lead S&OP Meeting with FIN, Sales and SCM Business Reporting You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required) 8–15+ years in sales, marketing, strategic planning, or business development roles within large global companies in the engineered solutions space Consistent record in leading critical initiatives in B2B products/engineering solutions Strong experience in external-facing roles through various levels of leadership Full performance management and leadership of high performing employees Ability to translate voice of customer (VoC) data into product strategy Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills High analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to travel up to 25%, including international Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: MBA Data visualization tool usage (Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) Strategic product road mapping, including go-to-market strategy Knowledge of the EV Charging industry Experience with government affairs, trade shows and conferences You’ll Benefit FromSiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The pay range for this position is 159,390 - 273,240 annually with a target incentive of 20 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
