• **Location:** Remote may need to travelto the Louisville office 5%-10%- for meetings, training, and administrative duties.

• **Pay Rate:** The anticipated wage for this position is between **$29 and $31.70/h** r. _Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors_

• **Schedule** : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a dedicated and organized **Healthcare Consultant - Care Management Associate** to support medical management activities for vulnerable populations, including Foster Care and juvenile justice systems. This is a vital role that supports clinical teams and enhances the coordination of care in a fast-paced, meaningful environment.

• **Key Responsibilities:**

• Review and triage incoming Care Team tasks

• Apply appropriate intervention tools based on admission details and member eligibility

• Identify and refer outlier cases (e.g., extended Length of Stay) to clinical staff

• Monitor discharge data and disposition entries

• Support development and implementation of patient care plans

• Coordinate services under clinical direction to ensure delivery in the most appropriate and cost-effective settings

• Promote communication among healthcare providers and internal teams

• Maintain case documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation standards

• Protect the confidentiality of member data

• Assist with claims research and resolution as needed

• **Ideal Candidate Will Have:**

• 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare, medical assistant, or office assistant role

• Working knowledge of: Foster Care systems, Behavioral Health Services, Crisis Intervention, Trauma-Informed Care, ACEs, and evidence-based practices

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• Familiarity with medical terminology and care management concepts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• **Minimum Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous healthcare or care coordination experience

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $31.70 per hour
