This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and effective communication between customers and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

+ Manage and resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and accuracy.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet turnaround targets and service delivery goals.

+ Partner with support teams/stakeholders to generate and analyze reports on customer activity and performance trends.

+ Conduct root cause analysis to identify service gaps and implement proactive improvements for sustained performance enhancement.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment

+ At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.

+ Strong leadership and team building capabilities.

+ Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/customer service software.

+ Knowledge of food safety standards and temperature-controlled transport regulations is highly desirable.
