    We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactiveTemporary Training Program Assistantto support the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (Talent LMS) and internal training coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience using PowerPoint in a professional setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and maintain courses in the Talent LMS platform

    + Track and follow up on course completions; notify managers of overdue training

    + Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and reminders related to training assignments

    + Assist in converting content outlines into polished Microsoft PowerPoint presentations

    + Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team

    Qualifications:

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Clear, professional communication style—written and verbal

    + Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Talent LMS or similar systems is a plus)

    + High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
