+ Drive Average Sales Price (ASP) forecasting and scenario planning in support of product launch readiness, competitive positioning, and gross-to-net projections.

+ Monitor ASP trends, reimbursement benchmarks, and customer feedback to inform pricing strategy and proactively address risks to net price realization.

+ Evaluate the impact of evolving policy changes (e.g., Inflation Reduction Act, Medicaid Best Price, ASP-based reimbursement shifts) and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

+ Partner with Market Access field teams to support contract implementation, pull-through, and provider engagement, with a focus on buy-and-bill dynamics in oncology.

+ Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Government Pricing to ensure contracts meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

    Other Experience:

+ Strong background in oncology, with solid tumor experience required; experience with PD1 or immuno-oncology therapies highly preferred.

+ Expertise in market access dynamics and pricing landscapes, including a deep understanding of pricing and provider economics, reimbursement models, and government pricing regulations.

+ Experience in commercial launches is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute market access pricing strategies for new products.

+ Strong presentation and communication skills - with exceptional aptitude for learning quickly and ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.

+ Ability to network across a broad internal and external matrix organization and the skills necessary to form strong, productive partnerships and build consensus and acumen.

+ Strategic thinking with the ability to understand broader market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Ability to evaluate the impact of regulatory, legislative, or contracting changes on pricing and business performance.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills to leadership and C-suite management and external stakeholders.
