The In-Store (SevenRooms) Sales Development Team is the engine behind our pipeline generation, connecting with hospitality operators to introduce them to our platform. We partner closely with our Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and drive top-of-funnel success. As a rapidly growing team, we’re focused on building scalable processes, developing top talent, and making meaningful connections with prospects every day.
About the Role
As an Associate Manager for North America, you’ll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. You’ll coach and develop the team, implement strategies to improve performance, and collaborate with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth. + Team Management. Hire, onboard, and coach Sales Development Representatives to exceed team goals and develop their careers. Create a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
+ Lead Generation. Drive outbound prospecting efforts across phone, email, and social channels to consistently meet pipeline creation and meeting quota targets.
+ Client Outreach. Support the team in identifying and engaging hospitality operators, ensuring thoughtful, personalized follow-ups to build strong early relationships.
+ Performance Tracking. Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards. Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform sales strategy.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner closely with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to align efforts and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion.
+ Workflow Optimization. Use platforms like Outreach.io and Salesforce to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and scale outbound prospecting processes.

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

+ For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
+ For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$114,940 — $169,050 USD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$164,200 — $241,500 USD
