+ Oversee project execution across internal teams and external vendor partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions.

    System Development and Translational Technology

+ Design and maintain scalable, cloud-native systems for digital health data ingestion, transformation, and archival.

+ Implement monitoring, alerting, and validation tools to ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance with clinical research standards.

+ Develop software components and services that translate sensor-derived physiological signals into clinically relevant, real-time insights.

+ Build reusable frameworks and translational technology tools that support end-to-end digital measure development, from raw signals to regulatory-ready outputs.

+ Continuously improve system performance, efficiency, and maintainability, integrating best practices from both software engineering and biomedical signal processing domains.

    Algorithm Development & Translational Modeling

+ Develop and validate algorithms to extract health-related digital measures from wearable sensor data (e.g., activity detection from accelerometers, sleep metrics from EEG/PPG).

+ Convert research-grade models into scalable, production-ready tools integrated into Lilly platforms.

+ Collaborate with clinical and scientific stakeholders to ensure alignment between algorithm outputs and study objectives.

+ Perform model tuning and validation across diverse datasets to ensure generalizability and reliability.

    AI Feature Engineering

+ Lead the design and development of AI and LLM-based features on the Magnol.Ai platform.

+ Build intelligent tools for interpreting time-series physiological data and personalizing digital health insights.
