    Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager – Plumbing DivisionJob Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing both the financial and operational aspects of plumbing projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Estimate blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.

    + Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages.

    + Track and manage estimate revisions and project budgets.

    + Oversee plumbing projects from planning through completion.

    + Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.

    + Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

    + Prepare and process change orders.

    + Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes.

    + Review submittals and create plumbing plans as needed.

    + Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

    + Support executive leadership with operational tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in estimation.

    + Proven experience in plumbing estimating and/or project management.

    + Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and local codes.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must have a proven track record of estimating success.

    + Ongoing training from current estimators and ownership, tailored to experience level.

    + Accuracy in estimating profitability, time, materials, and overall job success.

    + Early guidance will be provided to ensure alignment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $48.08/hr.
