    Job Description

    We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design and implement embedded software in C for a Linux-based application. The role involves remote work on a Linux server and integration on a Linux single-board computer in the lab. You will collaborate with a team of five, including experienced developers, to handle the most technically complex component of the system, following provided scope and requirements to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and implement embedded software in C for a Linux-based application.

    + Work remotely on a Linux server and perform integration on a Linux single-board computer in the lab.

    + Collaborate effectively with a team of five developers.

    + Handle the most technically complex component of the system.

    + Follow provided scope and requirements to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong experience in C programming, particularly in embedded systems.

    + Hands-on experience with embedded Linux development.

    + Familiarity with development on single-board computers such as Raspberry Pi.

    + Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    + US citizenship is required due to program constraints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working in aerospace and defense sectors is a plus.

    + Understanding of space-grade valve technologies and applications.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
