    We’re looking for a **Sr. Analyst – Med Adherence** to join our **Med Adherence Business Operations** team, where you’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, Pharmacy Optimization, Finance, and Marketing.     What You’ll Do

     

    As a **Sr. Analyst – Med Adherence** , you will:

     

    **Deliver Reporting & Forecasting** : Analyze and produce reports, forecasts, and models for internal and external stakeholders by:

    + Accessing and preparing relevant data inputs

    + Cleansing and formatting data for tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel

    + Distributing outputs to stakeholders and supporting follow-up analysis

    + **Model Pharmacy Performance** : Partner with the Pharmacy Optimization team to build customer-specific financial models that identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across pharmacy locations and networks.

    + **Support Strategic Pricing** : Collaborate with Product Management to develop pricing models that align with market expectations and business goals.

    + **Enhance Forecasting Processes** : Lead improvements in forecasting methodology and tools, working closely with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Finance to optimize Salesforce and other planning platforms.

    + **Monitor Forecast Accuracy** : Direct the use of forecasting tools to track accuracy, evaluate performance, and recommend enhancements to leadership.

    + **Provide Sales Insights** : Analyze sales forecast data and offer actionable feedback to Sales leaders to support planning and performance.

    + **Present Strategic Analysis** : Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations for internal leadership and customer engagements.

    + **Drive Continuous Improvement** : Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance business practices, reporting tools, and customer satisfaction.

    + **Support Decision-Making** : Deliver timely, relevant analysis of sales performance against historical, budgeted, and strategic targets to inform business decisions.

    + **Communicate Insights** : Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

     

    Who You Are

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + 3+ years of experience in system administration, business intelligence, data analytics, sales support, or a related field.

    + Proven ability to work independently, coordinate with analytics teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver results on time.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + MBA or equivalent experience.

    + Experience in healthcare, especially institutional pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or PBM.

    + Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, and/or Qlik Sense.

    + Strong business acumen and experience with complex analytics and model building.
