Job Title: Picker Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding warehouse and distribution center as a Picker Operator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order picking by operating cherry pickers and managing inventory using an SAP ERP system. Our facility offers a climate-controlled environment, extensive training, and the opportunity for pay increases upon certification.

Responsibilities

+ Operate cherry pickers to accurately pick orders from high shelving.

+ Perform basic inventory tasks using SAP ERP system.

+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

+ Utilize RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.

+ Stand for extended periods while performing tasks.

+ Assist with loading and unloading as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in order picking and using RF scanners.

+ Ability to operate cherry pickers and forklifts.

+ Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly SAP inventory systems.

+ Comfortable working at heights in a warehouse setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred.

+ 1 year of cherry picking, forklift, or equipment operating experience preferred.

+ Stable work history and punctuality are musts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
