Job Title: Safety Coordinator

Job Description

The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and requirements, and adhering to state and federal regulations and laws, including meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

+ Implement and oversee safety procedures across all operations.

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and requirements.

+ Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations and laws.

+ Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

+ Provide safety training and management.

+ Develop and maintain safety records and documentation.

Essential Skills

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish.

+ 5+ years of safety experience in construction or a similar industry.

+ OSHA 30 Certification.

+ CPR Certification.

+ First Aid Certification.

+ Lockout Tagout procedures knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in construction safety management.

+ Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

+ Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.

Work Environment

The role involves working both in the field and in an office environment, depending on the day. You will operate as a one-person team. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, Nebraska.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $89440.00/yr.
