Job Title: Painter - Weekly Pay!

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for buffing and painting RVs, Motorhomes, and Charter Busses in a production environment. This role requires proficiency in reading a tape measure and the ability to work on ladders.

Responsibilities

+ Buff and paint vehicles such as RVs, Motorhomes, and Charter Busses.

+ Climb ladders to perform painting tasks safely and efficiently.

+ Utilize hand tools and equipment for painting and buffing.

+ Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Perform general labor tasks in a production environment.

+ Operate machinery and equipment as needed.

+ Participate in assembly and packaging tasks.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general production and labor.

+ Ability to read and interpret tape measures.

+ Proficiency in machine operation and forklift use.

+ Experience with inspection and assembly tasks.

+ Skill in using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Valid driver's license.

+ Minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to perform physical work effectively.

+ Good culture fit within the team.

Work Environment

The position is for the 1st shift, with working hours from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday. The work is conducted in a production environment where safety and precision are paramount.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charles City, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
