Hiring multiple ROI specialists for a well known hospital in Beverly Hills, CA!! Pay is $24-$26/HR

MUST HAVE:

+ ROI Navigator Module in EPIC, or else you will not qualify

+ at least 3 years of Releasing records

Description

- Complete release of information requests, including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record and transmitting daily.

- Date stamp all requests and highlight data to expedite processing.

- Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information in accordance with procedures.

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers

- Ensure that files are properly stored and maintained

-Receives and prioritizes customer requests from multiple sources and works them through the appropriate systems to completion within required -response timeframes and in accordance with State and Federal requirements and HIPAA regulations.

-Address customer inquiries for patient information, assists callers with making record requests and general customer service.

-Educate customers on information confidentiality and privacy regulations.

-Identifies and responds appropriately to both internal and external customer needs utilizing available resources

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
