- AD password resets

- Physical computer moves/hardware troubleshooting

- O365 troubleshooting

- break/fix

- A/V support

- Windows 10 support

- working off a ticketing system

- experience with network/server troubleshooting and diagnostics

- Remote support

- Web conferencing support and troubleshooting (they use Teams and Skype)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
