Warehouse Worker

**Location:** Vandalia, OH

**Pay Range:** $18–$24 per hour

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Warehouse Worker** for commercial projects in the **Vandalia, OH** area. The pay range is **$18 to $24 per hour** based on experience. All TRADES are scheduled **40+ hours a week** , with plenty of opportunities for overtime. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven workers. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with **no week in the hole** and optional **direct deposit** .

Ultimate Job Duties

Quality Craftsmanship

+ Pulling and preparing trim, door, and case orders based on customers' needs

+ Selecting and measuring materials with accuracy

+ Packaging materials for delivery to job sites

+ Supporting general warehouse operations, including loading/unloading

+ Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

+ Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ultimate Trade Requirements

+ **2+ years** of construction, finish carpentry, or lumber yard experience

+ **Steel or composite toe boots required**

+ **Ability to work a 60-hour week schedule** , including some Saturdays

+ Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ Saturday: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM (as needed)

+ Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and kneeling

+ Must have **basic hand tools** required for the job

+ **Drug test required**

+ **Background check required**
