    CTG is seeking to fill a Mechanical Production Leader opening for our client in Whitsett, NC.

     

    **Location:** Whitsett, NC

    **Duration:** 12+ months, contract to hire

    Duties:

    + Oversee daily operations of a manufacturing plant or specific production area, ensuring efficient and effective production processes

    + Plan, coordinate, and direct activities required to produce goods in alignment with company goals

    + Create and manage production schedules; allocate resources and optimize workflows to meet demand

    + Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet required standards

    + Identify and resolve production defects and inefficiencies

    + Supervise, guide, and motivate production teams to ensure a safe and productive work environment

    + Oversee procurement of materials, inventory control, and maintenance of production equipment

    + Estimate costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and logistics, to align production with business needs

    Skills:

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities

    + In-depth technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes

    + Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    + Proficient in production planning and quality assurance methodologies

    Experience:

    + Proven experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Hands-on experience with production scheduling, team supervision, and process optimization

    + Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing setting

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
