    Summary

    The Sr. Financial Reporting Manager will be an integral part of our compliance effort and will have a key role in all aspects of SEC reporting. This individual will have the opportunity to interact with many areas within the Company as well as with its external auditors. This individual will gain a broad understanding of the Company’s business and operations that are essential for career development.

    Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    + Manage preparation and filing of SEC reports including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks.

    + Oversee and mentor Senior Financial Reporting accountant primarily responsible for cash flow statements, stock-based compensation, and derivative accounting.

    + Manage the maintenance and compliance with xbrl reports.

    + Interact with external and internal auditors related to SEC reporting.

    + Identify, research, advise, implement and monitor new GAAP and SEC guidance and their applicability to the Company.

    + Lead analysis and documentation of technical issues including consolidation, equity investments, derivatives, and pension accounting.

    + Document and maintain the Company’s accounting positions and policies.

    + Manage stockholders’ equity accounts including coordinating with the equity plan administrator.

    + Document Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

    + Actively participate in process improvement including automation and efficiency projects.

    + Assist in special projects and analysis as required.

    + Support the Company in the execution of its strategic initiatives.

    + Support Accounting/Finance group as needed.

    + Good written and verbal communication skills.

    + Perform other related duties as required.

    Minimum Requirements

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    + 8 years of public accounting experience or comparable SEC reporting experience with a public company.

    + Proven problem-solving skills.

    + Demonstrated attention to detail.

    + Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Big 4 experience.

    + CPA
