The Reentry Services Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to a team of Reentry Navigators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based case management services that support successful community reintegration. This role is responsible for driving strategic decision-making and delivering high-impact reentry outcomes through effective supervision, training, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
+ Provide weekly clinical supervision and ongoing training to BA level reentry navigation staff in a manner that meets professional and best-practice standards.
+ Participate in the review of bio-psychosocial assessments conducted with program participants.
+ Review all Individual Support, Safety, and Disenrollment Plans and provide guidance to reentry navigators to ensure case management and clinical appropriateness of service delivery.
+ Conduct substance use and mental health evaluations with participants as necessary.
+ Lead case record review and provide clinical guidance in appropriate treatment methodologies and referrals.
+ Participate in, review and approve, in collaboration with team members, participant enrollments, assessments and discharge planning
+ Assist in identifying, cultivating and maintaining relationships with key operational partners to help facilitate admission of participants into sober housing, substance use and mental health treatment, and primary healthcare services.
+ Establish an audit process and maintain a regular audit schedule for case management notes and data entry.
+ Assist the Director of Reentry Services with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) design, implementation and maintenance efforts to ensure business excellence.
+ Assist with implementation and maintenance of Advocates’ policy and procedure standards.
+ Responsible for compliance with all service delivery licensing standards and requirements.
+ Ensure all necessary forms/documentation are provided within the clinical record are complete, accurate and in accordance with Division/Agency guidelines and deadlines.
+ Complete case management staff’s performance evaluations according to agency standards.
+ Maintain email communication with colleagues; electronic scheduling through current software; creating and maintaining word-processing documents and spreadsheets as required by supervisor.
+ Attend and actively participate in the Weekly Operations Meeting and other meetings and trainings as requested by the supervisor.
+ Maintain the confidentiality of client, employee and organization issues and information.
+ Attend and engage in training opportunities as assigned. Maintain current certifications and licensure.
+ Attend and actively participate in supervision, staff meetings, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
+ Adhere to program procedures, guidelines, processes and protocols.
+ Remain alert at all times throughout the scheduled shift
+ Provide on-call support as required and within the reentry **t** eam structure.
+ Provide crisis intervention and mediation as required.
+ Ensure that all members are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates’ Human Rights policy.
+ Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures.
+ Strictly follow all agency Performance Standards
Qualifications
+ Master’s level degree in social work or counseling with two years minimum experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system
+ Current independent license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
+ Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Must have the ability to obtain security clearance to enter jails and prisons in Massachusetts.
+ Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
+ Strong computer knowledge.
+ Strong skills in the areas of communication, follow through, collaboration, and customer service.

+ Ability to develop and maintain supportive working relationships with supervisees and justice partners..

+ Must hold a valid drivers’ license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport members
