Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Specialist - Industrial Engineer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in planning and optimizing production systems. Your focus will be on boosting productivity and profitability, ensuring continuous improvement across our value stream. You will manage key aspects of industrial engineering, from data management to workplace design, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Optimize production systems through strategic planning and analysis.

+ Maintain industrial engineering master data, including routing, BOM, and work centers.

+ Coordinate cross-functional projects focusing on process improvements, change management, and successful product launches.

+ Evaluate and analyze production KPIs such as OEE and TEEP to drive continuous improvements.

+ Perform product cost calculations to support financial planning.

+ Implement workplace design using time and motion studies like MTM and REFA.

+ Plan and manage capacity and investment to ensure resource optimization.

Your Qualifications

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 3 plus years of experience in Production, Continuous Improvement area

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
