Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Office of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. GS-09 salary range: $63,800 to $82,938 per annum GS-11 salary range: $77,192 to $100,344 per annum Responsibilities You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will review and evaluate budget requests. You will formulate budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Delivering training to personnel on financial management policies and procedures; 2) Interpreting financial management regulations to determine impact on operations; 3) Implementing financial policies and procedures in accordance to the organization's mission and objectives; and 4) Developing corrective actions to financial discrepancies. **NOTE: This experience must be fully supported in your resume to be considered for the position .** GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
