As a key part of our operations team, you’ll lead by example—monitoring driver performance, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring routes run smoothly and efficiently.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Monitor pre- and post-trip inspections and follow up on equipment issues

    + Conduct on-the-road driver evaluations and readiness assessments

    + Perform IPP safety contacts and address violations in real time

    + Support dispatch operations and cover driving routes when needed

    + Participate in driver hiring interviews

    + Track and report on-time performance metrics

    + Assist in accident investigations and compliance reporting

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Experience with accident/injury claims is a plus

    + Prior school bus driving experience preferred

    + Must meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements (Note: DOT regulations prohibit the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, regardless of state laws)
