**The community you'll be caring for** : AdventHealth Daytona Beach - 301 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Daytona Beach, 32117

The role you'll contribute:

Performs Radiographic and CT imaging procedures. Positions, moves, and transports patients. Performs clerical duties. Assists Radiologist in performance of special imaging procedures. Performs basic patient care within scope of practice and to departmental standards. Participates in standby call. Responsibility to adhere to the Florida Hospital Corporate compliance plan, to the rules and regulations of all local, state, and Federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Performs Radiologic and CT imaging procedures.

+ Positions patient and equipment and selects technical factors to produce radiographic images meeting Radiologists standards, in a safe, timely manner.

+ Processes radiographs, with correct patient demographic and examination information.

+ Uses computer to enter and access patient information correctly and change procedure status and billing.

+ Performs clerical duties, including answering telephones, and completing patient records. Utilizes department computer system as needed for patient record keeping and scheduling

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

+ BLS is required.

+ Current ARRT certification in Radiography.

+ Florida license in Radiography required.
