    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in the **Woodinville, WA area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$29/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Flat Welder eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Inspect incoming recycling dumpsters for damage

    + Identify areas that require cutting, patching, or reinforcement

    + Locate and retrieve appropriate scrap stock material available onsite for use in repairs

    + Cut out damaged sections of the dumpster

    + Shape and fit replacement patches by hammering or adjusting as needed

    + Weld patched areas using Dual Shield Flux Core process

    + Ensure all welds are structurally sound and meet quality standards
