Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in **in and around Auburn, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$30-33/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Perform precise TIG welds on light aluminum with a clean finish and strong structural integrity

+ Interpret technical drawings to guide layout, fitting, and weld placement

+ Maintain quality and consistency across flat, vertical, and overhead welds

+ Complete tasks with minimal supervision while meeting quality and safety standards

+ Ensure accurate alignment, clean welds, and tight tolerances

+ Assist with fitting and assembling components when needed

+ Measure, cut, and align metal parts for welding

+ Execute clean, high-quality welds using MIG and FCAW techniques

+ Maintain tools and work area

Requirements

+ WABO Certification preferred
