Highland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas, Texas. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

How you will make an impact:

+ Coordinates and/or facilitates new employee orientation for minor staff after normal school hours.

+ Work with managers to ensure the ongoing development of all dining staff by reviewing performance reviews, reviewing coaching/counseling forms and discussing performance with supervisory staff.

+ Develops, coordinates and presents dining skills training for service and sanitation.

+ Collaborate with recruiter weekly to support full front of the house and back of the house staffing

+ Collaborate with recruiter to ensure efficient hiring and onboarding process of all dining hourly staff in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.

+ Support dining venue service hours as a floor manager to ensure staff maintains service standards, to mentor and coach students and reinforce training.

What you Will Need:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

+ Proven experience managing and motivating in a customer service environment.

+ Related experience in food service, an educational food service management program, or experience in recruitment, staff development and training with an ability to learn food service.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Compensation: commensurate with experience, salary range starting at $80,000 plus eligibility of up to 8% annual bonus.
