**Summary** :

The EPMO - Senior Project Controller is responsible for the overall management of Project Management Systems and monitoring and reporting on initiatives and IT human resources in general. The Senior Project Controller will assist in financial & schedule guidance and support of projects and assignments for all initiatives handled within the Project Management Department. Specifically, the project controller will provide advisement, monitoring, and reporting on all projects to ensure quality assurance and management visibility with respect to schedule, budget, scope and risk. In addition, Project Control will serve as the Administrator of the Project Portfolio Management System, Accounting Liaison, and Formal Project Committee Organizer. The Project Controller will assist IT and Operations Management Teams with resource management activities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** :

• Provide administration, support and customization of the EPMO Enterprise Project Management system (Clarity PPM) and any affiliated systems

• Maintain and manage EPMO Enterprise Management system (Clarity PPM) user licenses/access and coordinate with Enterprise IT department as needed for SSO and user management functions

• Establish standards and methodologies for PMs using the Clarity PPM application, including processes related to role/resource forecasting, task/milestone management, and program/project control and governance

• Establish and maintain standard Project Templates to include project schedule, baselines, and related Change Requests, including Non-Project Support Work

• Support of a Resource Loaded Network (RLN) to assist in Management of Resources within selected departments of the Organization and manage future growth as needed

• Manage of overall Timesheet functionality and run process jobs for time posting on all Resources who utilize PPM tool for Resource Management, Assignment, and Reporting

• Prepare and update Idea, Project and Resource Management Dashboard Reporting and Views to adequately Report Metrics to Management and as needed for select Committee presentations

• Assist Portfolio and Project Managers with data management views and training to effectively maintain and track project/performance tracking

• Participate in new business model proposals as needed through Financial Analysis, Application Support, and providing feedback to Management.

• Responsible for coordinating the Project Proforma and Budget Process with other key departments in the Company, which includes tracking, monitoring, and reporting on costs and variances.

• Assist in Data Cleansing by monitoring Clarity PPM exception reports and other tools necessary to maintain data integrity

• Train and mentor Clarity PPM users to best leverage the process and functionality of the overall system; update/maintain all user documentation in Confluence for reference purposes.

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree and at least seven (5) years of relevant experience
