    Responsibilities

    Responsible for maintaining the front lobby to include interaction and assistance with visitors, staff, managers, executive leaders, vendors, mail carriers and phone customers.

    + Keeps informed about practices, procedures, and new developments related to own work.

    + Offers assistance to peers.

    + Is flexible: copes successfully with a variety of situations, personalities, and the changing work environment.

    + Recognizes and performs duties which need to be performed, although not directly assigned.

    + Conference room reservations

    + Ordering business supplies

    + Upkeep of directory

    + Performs other work as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    Required Education:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required
