How You’ll Contribute:
The On-Site Corporate Designer & Photographer is responsible for photography needs across the company, including executive level portraits, contributions to the annual report to shareholders and various creative projects and events throughout the year. The role will support corporate and business departments with the design and execution of print and other graphics, incorporating appropriate interpretation of the company brand standards to meet our internal client’s communications needs. Role will be required to interact with the Design Resource Coordinator, and internal clients as needed for the successful completion of all design projects.

What You’ll Do:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with Clients, Art Directors, Agencies and Production Specialist to develop concepts that meet the requirements of the Client.
• Provide expertise, to the creative team to achieve creative, production, and technical goals.
• Preparing for photo shoots (testing and prepping equipment, scouting locations, scheduling, renting equipment, etc.).
• Set up, light and capture digital images, ensuring technical, creative and brand integrity within designated deadlines.
• Process, edit, and retouch images and prep them for online or print publishing.
• Utilize Photoshop to edit, crop, enlarge and modify existing photos and files as requested.
• Facilitate all photo printing, matting and framing requests with external suppliers.
• Archive images with multiple back-ups.
• Research state-of-the-art equipment to help facilitate world-class productions.
• Provide strategic direction relative to photo assets and archive.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as billing and expense reporting.
• May be required to complete tasks under direction of either/or both the client and Resource manager
• Translate written communications into graphics that support and enhance the client’s communication as well as the brand.
• Provide multiple design concepts as required by project direction.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the business customers being served.
• Maintain records and keep digital archives per department policies.
• Must also be open to new ideas and influences, and quick to react to changing trends. The ability to work independently and under pressure are equally important traits, along with self-discipline to start projects on their own, to budget their time, and to meet deadlines and production schedules.

What You’ll Bring:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Technical media production expertise including cameras, lens systems and lighting equipment.
• Owner and Solutions provider mindset
• Expert in the identification and use of image libraries.
• Familiar with rights management, copyright, and privacy best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of photography, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, graphic design and layout software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) including comprehensive understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, InDesign and Illustrator.
Vision – To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with an artistic vision. We’re looking for a unique perspective, distinctive style and ability to use each to communicate a compelling message or story.
Communication – Client relationships are extremely important in this role. Interaction with business teams and technical creative teams is expected. Outstanding communication skills are a prerequisite.
Technical Skills – The highest level of technical skill is required in order to master photography equipment. As digital technology plays an all-important role (from image capture to the edit process), a high degree of technical skill is mandatory.
Business Skills – This role is expected to understand the corporate environment, marketing, business objectives and budgets and work seamlessly and effectively with one and all."
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Photography, Design, Advertising, and/or 3-5 years related experience in professional photography.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
