**Our client,** a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector **in Nebraska City,** is seeking an **Assembler** to join their team **.** As **an Assembler** , you will be part of the Production Department supporting both the 1st and 2nd shift teams.

The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **reliability** , and **a collaborative mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assember

Pay Range: $21 - 1st Shift- - $23/hr - 2nd Shift

What’s the Job?

+ **Assemble and inspect products to ensure high quality**

+ Maintain safe and efficient operations

+ Monitor production and participate in continuous improvement

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines

+ Complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift (if applicable)

What’s Needed?

+ **Strong coordination, motor skills, and dexterity**

+ **Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods**

+ **Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed**

+ Ability to read and write in English

What’s in it for me?

+ **Pay rate -- $21/hr for 1st shift or $23/hr for 2nd shift**

+ **Shifts: 1st shift - 5 am to 3:30 pm** **or** **2nd shift - 3:30 pm - 2 am**
