    Pay range: $28.65-$34.35

    Benefit Highlights:

    + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employees and 80% for dependents.

    Duties:

    + Oversees daily workflows, schedules, and assignments for Chapa-De security staff and vendors

    + Monitors staff performance, sets development goals, and provides feedback to direct team members

    + Responds swiftly to incidents, including deescalating conflicts and ensuring safety procedures are being followed

    Required Experience:

    Qualifications:

    + Five years of related security experience

    + Two years of supervisory experience

    + Current Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
