Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Systems Support Analyst Sr to join their team. As a Systems Support Analyst Sr, you will be part of the Supply Chain, Procurement & Fleet Operations department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Systems Support Analyst Sr - W2 Only (No C2C)

What's the Job?

+ Establish and maintain close working relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement & Fleet Operations personnel and other departments.

+ Provide analysis and implementation support of new technologies to enhance operations and service delivery.

+ Communicate application functionality to maximize system capabilities in meeting process requirements.

+ Lead focus groups and process improvement initiatives to prioritize and resolve system issues.

+ Develop reports to research and resolve data, system, and business process integrity issues.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience.

+ **Minimum of 8 years of systems support related experience.**

+ **Experience with Maximo Inventory modules and barcoding applications is required.**

+ **Working knowledge of Cognos or SQL Query writing is required.**

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
