Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Paramus, New Jersey, for a short-term contract position. This role requires a detail-oriented and personable individual who can manage day-to-day reception duties and administrative tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office.

• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages accurately.

• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is organized and welcoming.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and data entry.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to complete basic administrative tasks.

• Support the team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary. Requirements • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

• A focused and customer-oriented attitude.

• Comfortable working onsite during regular business hours.
