Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Rancho Cordova, California. In this role, you will serve as a key financial business partner, providing advanced analytical expertise and strategic recommendations to support organizational objectives and guide long-term planning. This position involves collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to drive financial performance and execute high-profile projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the analysis of financial and statistical data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and plans to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with executives, managers, and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced data mining techniques and software tools to extract and analyze complex datasets.
• Provide financial expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, modeling, and presentation preparation.
• Identify and implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct quality reviews of deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies effectively.
• Support business development efforts by evaluating financial opportunities and risks.
• Drive team initiatives with effective leadership and motivational skills. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, strategy, or healthcare-related roles is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong expertise in data mining techniques and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with legal and fiscal regulations impacting financial operations.
• Proven ability to prepare comprehensive reports and deliver effective presentations.
• Solid understanding of mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes.
