Monarch Trade Services, as part of Foundation Partners Group, is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Customer Care Manager to lead business development and customer success efforts across the Seattle Metropolitan Area. This field-based role blends account management with strategic sales outreach, making it ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building and growing territory-based partnerships. This is a field-based position requiring consistent travel throughout the Seattle Metropolitan Area. Administrative tasks may be completed remotely or in conjunction with the Kent, WA Care Center. Success in this role requires a strong in-person presence and regular client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
+ Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts
+ Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with funeral homes, cremation providers, and industry partners
+ Deliver proactive, responsive, and tailored support to ensure satisfaction
Business Development & Sales
+ Expand existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling services
+ Identify and acquire new trade cremation partners in the Seattle area
+ Customize service offerings in collaboration with internal teams to meet evolving client needs
Performance & Strategy
+ Meet or exceed sales growth goals and new account targets
+ Maintain accurate pipeline activity, customer feedback, and market insights
+ Use data to refine outreach and improve client success strategies
Territory Management
+ Travel regularly across the Seattle Metro Area to meet clients and prospects
+ Represent Monarch Trade Services at industry events, community functions, and sales meetings
+ Partner with the Kent, WA Care Center team to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
+ 3+ years in sales, client services, or account management
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+ Familiarity with the Seattle area and willingness to travel extensively
Preferred:
+ Experience in the funeral, cremation, or trade services industry
+ Knowledge of B2B service sales, retention strategies, and CRM tools
+ Familiarity with customer success metrics and pipeline reporting
