Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Torrance, California. This role is integral to maintaining smooth customer interactions and ensuring the efficient management of printing projects from initial request to final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service within the printing or graphic arts industry and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately gather and document print job specifications, entering orders into the production system with precision.

• Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding turnaround times, pricing, and available printing options.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the process.

• Monitor and track the progress of print jobs, offering timely updates and addressing any delays or issues.

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.

• Prepare packages for shipment, coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery, and managing local pickups.

• Process invoices accurately based on completed jobs, addressing any billing questions or discrepancies.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office and production supplies, placing orders as needed to support operations. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or production coordination role, ideally within the printing or graphic arts industry.

• Strong understanding of printing terminology, materials, and processes.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with print management systems is a plus.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
