    We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an onsite position, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are residents of Hawaii due to the nature of the work and location requirements.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Clerical Support: Handle a variety of general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying.

    + Communication Assistance: Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.

    + Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.

    + Mail Handling: Sort, deliver, and send mail, including managing incoming and outgoing packages.

    + Office Supplies Inventory: Monitor and order office supplies as needed to maintain a functional and well-stocked workspace.

    + Collaboration: Work with team members and management to ensure smooth office operations and assist with special projects as required.

    + Reception Desk Coverage: Support front desk activities, including greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service when needed.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

    + Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

    + Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    + Previous office or clerical experience is a plus but not required.

    + Candidates must reside in Hawaii and be available for onsite work in Honolulu.
