    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Labor Compliance Analyst to join our team in Fontana. This role is vital in ensuring adherence to labor compliance standards in the Manufacturing and Construction industries, with a focus on OCCIP/CCIP compliance and certified payroll reporting. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of prevailing wage regulations, payroll processing, and experience maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Certified Payroll Compliance: Manage and oversee certified payroll reporting to ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws, the Davis-Bacon Act, and State Labor Codes.

    + OCCIP/CCIP Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCCIP) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP) requirements at all project levels.

    + Labor Law Adherence: Stay up to date on labor law changes and ensure compliance with both public and private project requirements.

    + Audit Coordination: Prepare for and assist with audits conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring proper documentation and responses to findings.

    + Training & Guidance: Collaborate with internal teams and educate stakeholders on labor compliance programs, certified payroll requirements, and project-specific regulations.

    + Vendor Management: Work closely with subcontractors to collect, review, and validate certified payroll and labor compliance documents for accuracy and completeness.

    + Reporting: Generate detailed reports for various compliance requirements, including payroll summaries and labor compliance metrics.

    + Investigation: Conduct investigations into non-compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: 3+ years of experience in labor compliance roles, preferably in the Manufacturing and/or Construction industries.

    + Specialization: Strong expertise in OCCIP/CCIP compliance and certified payroll processing.

    + Knowledge: Familiarity with prevailing wage laws, Davis-Bacon Act, and State Labor Code requirements.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency with payroll systems and compliance software, such as LCPtracker, Procore, or other relevant platforms.

    + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training and interact with various stakeholders.

    + Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

    + Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, compliance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant certifications.

    + Experience working on large-scale projects involving public works or government contracts.
