    Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in City of Industry, California. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who excels in invoice processing and ensuring accuracy in financial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient accounts payable workflows and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process a high volume of invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    • Enter invoices into the system as the initial step of the accounts payable workflow.

    • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify transactions.

    • Review scanned documents to identify and resolve errors or duplicates.

    • Perform three-way matching and make necessary corrections to discrepancies.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

    • Adhere to standard operating procedures and incorporate training from internal teams. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable operations, including invoice matching.

    • Proficiency in invoice processing systems and accurate data entry.

    • Strong attention to detail to identify and address discrepancies.

    • Ability to flag issues proactively and provide solutions.

    • Adaptability to learn internal processes and contribute effectively.

    • Expertise in coding invoices, check runs, and overall invoice processing workflows.
